Manley has released their H-Tuff Connecting Rods for the Subaru FA20 engine. These connecting rods were designed for elevated boost and higher power levels. These rods were created to bridge the gap between Manley's standard, proven H-Beams and top of the line Turbo Tuff® Series rods.
H-Tuff delivers a stronger rod with greater safety margin to handle elevated boost and higher power levels for a modest price premium over standard H-Beams. Manley's H-Tuff design incorporates wider beam and increased cross-sectional thickness in critical areas. These connecting rods are heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and 100% individually magnafluxed.
