The 6000 Series Competition Valves are designed to provide excellent reliability in an environment of high spring pressures and roller cams, at a budget price. They have higher fatigue resistance and tensile strengths than our competitor’s best offerings.

To manufacture the valves we use our exclusive two-step slow forging process using EV8 stainless steel on both intake and exhaust valves.We provide a special heat-treatment and stress relieving process, along with hard chrome stems and friction-welded hard tips. We finish with a swirl polished head. The valves feature flow improvements to deliver the power needed for today’s sophisticated racing engines.

The Super Alloy Engine valves represent the highest level of sophistication in valve technology. These valves are designed to handle the extreme heat requirements and punishment of today’s Nitro Fuels, Supercharged, Turbocharged, Nitrous Oxide, and Marine race motors.

Ferrea Competition Plus Valves have built a reputation as the industry's most reliable extreme duty valve. To manufacture the valves we use special aerospace quality alloys, including the EV8-Z18, which provides high tensile strength. An exclusive two-step slow forging process ensures proper grain flow and virtually eliminates any damage to thematerial structure. The valves are then heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period, which is the crucial base of our molecular integrity. These valves feature avionics-quality hard chrome along with a specially applied hard tip.

The All New Boost Tee by Turbosmart is a facelift on the tried and tested Boost Tee you’ve come to love. Now featuring a 33% smaller and more ergonomic design, the All New Boost Tee incorporates all the same functionality that make it a crowd favourite including our unique Gate Feature for maximum boost response, anti-tamper locking feature and simple use.

The Boost Tee is a pneumatic bleed valve which allows an increase in boost on turbocharger systems where boost-based actuators are used and is suitable for use on both internal and external wastegate systems. By manipulating the reference signal to an internal wastegate actuator or external wastegate, an increase in boost over and above the base spring pressure can be achieved. It is common to achieve 100 - 200% increases in boost over the base spring pressure.

Using our proven detent system, the controller can increase boost in defined steps and the locking mechanism allows the boost level to be set & secure from tampering.
