BMW M50 Pro-Series 18.8 Zylinderkopf Stehbolzen Set

Bei den Pro-Series 18.8 Sets handelt es sich um hochfeste Stehbolzen Made in Germany.
Zum Einsatz kommt ein spezieller Stahl welcher nach der Vergütung eine Zugfestigkeit von 1850 N/mm² aufweist.
Alle Gewinde werden geformt und nicht wie handelsüblich geschnitten. Durch das sogenannte "Rollen" von Gewinden lässt sich die Festigkeit der Zahnflanken um circa 30% verstärken. Alle Pro-Series Produkte werden mit einer Nickelbeschichtung ausgeliefert und sind somit selbst unter den härtesten Bedingungen langfristig korrossionsgeschützt. Pro-Series Stehbolzen haben kopfseitig einen Innensechskant Antrieb zum einschrauben der Stehbolzen. Durch einen Konus auf der Motorblockseite des Bolzens stützen sich diese beim Anziehen der Muttern nicht auf den Gewindeflanken sondern in der Bohrung des Gewindes im Motorblock ab. Diese Abstützung schont die Gewinde bei häufer Montage von Rennmotoren.
Ein großer Vorteil von Pro-Series gegenüber anderen Herstellern sind die im Set beinhalteten Muttern und Unterlegscheiben da diese ebenfalls eine Zugfestigkeit von 1850 N/mm² aufweisen.
