Ferrea Competition Plus Valves have built a reputation as the industry's most reliable extreme duty valve. To manufacture the valves we use special aerospace quality alloys, including the EV8-Z18, which provides high tensile strength. An exclusive two-step slow forging process ensures proper grain flow and virtually eliminates any damage to thematerial structure. The valves are then heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period, which is the crucial base of our molecular integrity. These valves feature avionics-quality hard chrome along with a specially applied hard tip.

Supertech Block Guards are meticulously designed and tested in many engines. As a result we offer a product that will provide support to highly stressed cylinder walls with optimal engine cooling by allowing enough water flow in critical areas to avoid destructive cylinder hot spots.
Supertech block guards are made from high strength, high corrosion resistanct 6061 aluminum alloy. All block guards are computer designed and CNC machined ensuring the best possible fit and making installation a breeze. COMETIC MLX (Multi-Layer Stopper) gaskets utilize an integrated stopper layer for combustion chamber sealing and improved clamp load around the cylinder without increasing bore distortion. MLX technology can be found in some head gaskets and are made from the same materials as our MLS Head Gaskets. No sealants or re-torque required.
